G Prometheus
G · A · B · C♯ · E · F
Built on Scriabin's mystic chord, G Prometheus uses the root, second, major third, raised fourth, sixth, and flat seventh. It's close to a Lydian dominant with the fifth removed, which leaves it floating and unresolved. Used in impressionist and modern classical writing, and effective over dominant chords when you want to avoid the fifth.
Left-handed
